Configuration

Changing Interface Language

Open Debug Console
Launch Premiere Pro, create a new project, then press Ctrl + F12

Open Debug Database View
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) next to Console and select Debug Database View.

Change Language Code
Find Application Language (default: en_US). Replace with one of the following codes:
cs_CZ, da_DK, de_DE, en_GB, en_US, es_ES, fr_CA, fr_FR, fr_MA, hu_HU, it_IT, ja_JP, nl_NL, pl_PL, pt_BR, ru_RU, sv_SE, tr_TR, uk_UA, zh_CN, zh_TW

Restart
Restart the program to apply the new language.

Hotkeys

Switching languages may reset hotkeys. To prevent this, before changing language go to Edit → Keyboard Shortcuts, click Save As, and save the current configuration under a new name (use Latin characters).

Bilingual Interface

Show the interface in your chosen language with English in brackets: launch Premiere Pro, create a new project, press Ctrl + F12, open Console menu → Debug Database View, find ApplicationLanguageBilingual, change false to true, restart the program.
